NFA Trust

Tom Grieve was very helpful and thorough when setting up my NFA trust... He took the time to explain the documents and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the subject, and answered all of my questions completely. I live just over an hour away,... and it was well worth the drive,.. I highly rec...ommend him for anyone in S.E. Wisconsin looking for an NFA trust or any of his other offered services.

My goal to attorney for self defense answer 2nd ammendment issues

In today's world everyone needs to have a plan if ever the time comes to use deadly fronce to protect themselves. For me it's Tom Grieve. He knows the criminal justice system well and his backnowledge ground as a former prosecutor gives hime a inside look. His cards are with my guns, in my car, wi...th my wife and in my pocket. I have also used he to set up my NRA trust he taught me so much in that process.

NFA Trust...Excellent product, service and value!

I used Tom Grieve to set up a NFA trust. Ashley received my call and emailed my information immediately explaining options and fees. I had a few questions and because of one, Tom called me back in a very timely manner to clarify. Great detailed explanation not rushed, but quality advise. After gettin...g my trust information to Ashley, I met with Tom to go over the Trust. He goes over the trust in very detailed manner page by page. Tom explains the legal side of the trust, his interpretation and examples. This was not a rushed session, but one in which he answered question after question until your comfort level and understanding are to your satisfaction. Overall A+ and a value that in my opinion is well worth paying a bit more than the cookie cut online trust. This NFA trust is a serious item and I would make sure it is set up correctly for your family. Highly recommend!

NFA Trust

I attended one of the group trust sessions. When I showed up there were about 5 other people and we got to talk shop while waiting. After a few minutes Tom came in with our trusts completed and went through them section by section. The amount of time spent going over the trusts alone was worth the pr...ice of the trust. He not only drafted a quality trust, but took the time to explain it and go over multiple situations and points of interest. I would definitely reccomend spending a little extra and going with Grieve Law over any online NFA trust, and although I have not been to any other attorneys for an NFA trust, I don't think the time and care you get from Grieve can be surpassed.

Couldn't be happier

I used Tom to set up my NFA trust and being new to it all he was a huge help and was extremely professional and an amazing wealth of knowledge. I would recommend him for all things criminal related and also for a defense attorney if ever needed. Even two years later he still answers my emails on time... and is a ton of help.
