Tom goes the extra mile...

Tom was excellent; his communication was great and he thoroughly looked through the case and quickly and swiftly took care of the matter. There are many other lawyers to choose from in the Milwaukee area, but Tom is the best lawyer that I have used over the years. I will come to Tom for my needs go...ing forward.

Fantastic Attorney, Fantastic Outcome!

I am extremely pleased with Attorney Grieve after my case. I retained his firm to represent me on a serious matter. He was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to understand the issues and nuances of the case. Through his aggressive representation we accomplished far more than I ha...d thought possible. I would recommend him and Grieve Law to anyone who is in need of an accomplished criminal and DUI attorney!

I could not have found a more excellent attorney

Attorney Grieve represented me in a case involving my firearm. According to the law, I didn't commit a crime. This didn't stop a Waukesha County DA from charging me with a crime - not once, but twice. Both cases were dismissed for No Probable Cause. But, the process took over a year. Never having com...mitted a crime in my life, the criminal justice system was foreign and terrifying to me. Tom was wonderful about informing me as to what would happen, not only that first day in court, but with all that followed. He knew, and was sensitive to, how upset I was - in fact, I was an emotional mess! Added to this, the media had a field day. Reporters were at the first hearing doing everything they could to get me to say something they could use (probably against me). Thanks to Tom's instructions for what the media might do, I didn't say one word. I can tell you that if I hadn't trusted Attorney Grieve, I would have spoken out and most likely in anger. In fact, in this long process, I realized that I could trust his counsel always. I never in my entire life thought I would need a defense attorney. And, most definitely, I could not have found a more excellent one! Tom is not only a competent attorney but a person of character both ethically and morally.

Glad I chose him

After a previous bad experience with a public defender, I chose to find a lawyer this time around. I got picked up for a dui and had a firearm in my center console. I didn't know this wasn't acceptable and also had my ccw permit. Ultimately the prosecutor's "deal" was for me to sit six months in jail... for the firearm. Mr. Grieve fought for me and had the firearm charge dropped completely. I cannot express how pleased I was with his performance in the courtroom. I whole-heartedly recommend Mr. Grieve.

Most Outstanding Lawyer

Unfortunately my fiance was facing many years in prison (35+) He is a multiple time felon with a not so good history dealing with drugs and firearms. I thought for sure he would get 15yrs minimum, but thanks to Tom for having the skills and knowledge he does my fiance end up only getting 2 years! Not... only did Tom make it happen, during the entire process he made sure all my questions were answered and I understood everything every step of the way. Every email and phone call were answered in a professional and timely manor. Thanks to Tom, my kids and I will have our family back and my fiance will have a shot at leaving his bad history exactly where it belongs, in his past. Tom believes in second chances. I don't think I could have asked for a better outcome and I'm not sure I would have gotten the same result if I didn't go with Tom! I highly recommend him to anyone that wants the best possible outcome in their case!!
