I was charged with a Drunk Driving in Davenport on a tail light violation. I was pulled over at 2:00am and the officer let me google criminal defense attorneys and I called 4 & Angela was the only lawyer to pick up. She was able to give me my legal rights over the phone & she was ready to meet me at the scene however by asking me several particular yes / no questions - I wa...s able to conclude that I was not over the limit & I should take the Breathalyzer test. I did & passed & was not charged. I was always told not to take it, but later I found out if I hadn’t I would’ve been arrested and lost my driver’s license.
