I was arrested in February 2013 on a super drunk driving charge. Following my release from jail, I sought consult with other attorneys in the Lansing area. As I was given absolutely nothing from the police or jail (no ticket or any sort of paper work), the general consensus seemed to be that the cour...ts would inform me via mail about an arraignment and other legal obligations.
