Childish Behavior, Rude, Unresponsive

Mr. Ellman, was helpful in the beginning of my case. Is it Reg and he failed to respond in a timely manner was rude rude comments to me personally refuse to answer calls refuse to answer questions and my whole number one concern he completely dropped the ball on. Very disappointed and he came with h...igh recommendations
