David was extremely professional and personable from start to finish. I set up an appointment via online and was taken care of and listened to when I went in. I explained my situation, he told me what he thought would be the best course of action. He didn't try to get me into any situations that ...I didn't need to be in from the start, e.g. taking my issue straight to litigation. David tries to get things handled before it even gets to that point. When there was a back and forth happening between he and those the issue pertained to, I was kept in the loop and made aware as to how to proceed at each progressing step. Even when I figured the issue was pretty much done and all set, David still contacted me to see how things were and if there was anything else that needed to be done. I completely recommend David and the team at Proven Resource LLC and they will be my go-to if the need ever arises again.
