Please do NOT hire this joker, especially if you use your employee legal benefits. He made more money by throwing the case because he considers your benefit as a form of legal aide. He refused to intervene, he would not consider outside counsel when his attorney was too inexperienced and up against t...wo experienced attorneys (know this is an option), he did not ask for any extensions to build my case, he asked me to provide information that he was responsible in obtaining and blamed his electronic client portal vs being responsible. My neighbor continues to trespass and destroy my property. I also recently discovered I cannot sue him again and he is now claiming 3 inches of my entire property from front to back vs where he placed a gatepost - which is less than 3 feet from my house and has a steep roof on his home that directly brings his water to mine. Unbelievable, you can’t even make this stuff up! All the while Mr Soble was pretending he cared. He referred me to an appellate attorney, Ms. Alex Taylor, who had the same mentality because money is more important than justice to these two. She had no time for me because she was dealing with her own personal turmoil and didn’t even show up for court. These two were in cahoots and chose the easy path for them but left me, the client, to deal with a monster. They’ll post their legal jargon and say they can’t talk about the case. We’ll, when you’re being thrown under the bus, speak up!

I contacted David Soble for advice regarding a legal matter and he was both responsive (calling me back after hours) and helpful. As it turned out, I didn't require his services, but he contacted me for a follow up call to make sure that my legal issue had been resolved and offered to help should I ...need his services in the future. His office staff was also extremely courteous and responsive. I would definitely contact him should I require legal assistance in the state of Michigan.
