Lady Bird Deed

The Firm was very responsive and quickly drew up a Lady Bird Deed for us. Scott did a great job of explaining the Deed details to my 87-year-old father.

Great Experience

My Husband and I figured it was time to have an Estate Plan drawn up. I looked over many reviews for different attorneys and that's how I ended up at Sumner& Associates, PC. From the beginning the communication with the office Paralegals was phenomenal, I never had to wait more than a few hours befo...re I heard back from anyone. Once all the paperwork was drawn up, we met with Scott Sumner to finalize the Estate Plan. Scott was very thorough and patient. Even after Sumner finished our Estate Plan, I was able to contact the office for more questions and they responded with my answer in a matter of an hour. I would defiantly recommend my family and friends and anyone else to use Sumner & Associates PC.

Great Exprience
