Excellent expertise, extreme politeness, always kind & patient no matter how many times we did not follow-up on required tasks! He encouraged us to invite our adult children, 3 of 4 attended & enjoyed meeting with him/ appreciated info shared. Mr. Zak was able to answer every question throughou...t process. Some documents to i.d. steps to take, info required & info to dumb it all down, plus a check off list may be very helpful. I took notes but still don't understand some of the different aspects of trusts, however, it is set & we/ kids will be able to get info /ask questions as we need to.
