Attorney Mr. John Freeman and his team of lawyers have tremendous experience in representing my case. All the required court case documents were provided to me the first day after our consultation and they submitted them to the courthouse as soon as I had them all filled out. My court date was then... issued and within 5 months, I was granted by the judge to have my case (prior felony conviction from 30 years ago) expunged. For many years I had no idea that this was even possible until I consulted Mr. Freeman. Now as proof today, he clearly knew the laws in my case and that I did have a very good chance to have this old felony cleared off my record. I hired Mr. Freeman for a retail fraud case out of Oakland Co. Michigan. I am not a resident of Michigan so good communication skills was very important to me. Mr. Freeman would not return any calls nor answer any. Before paying him we had agreed that a plea bargin was not an option, however after... paying Mr. Freeman he told me that was my only option. It's amazing how that worked. I went to court after retaining him and when we got there he told me he had not even had a chance to look at my case. Keep in mind this is the same day he advised me to take a plea. How can an attorney do that if he has not even looked at the case? I recently hired another attorney that will fight for my rights. I received a bill from Mr. Freeman and the "free consultation" he claims is not free at all...try $500.00!!!! He overcharged me for services that he did not even do. $25.00 for a text message!? I would not ever recommend this attorney to anyone for anything. Mr. Freeman your fired!!!!!!!
