Rip off and nothing more!

John is a very hardworking lawyer to prosecute you in the court instead of protecting your rights. He is skilled in charging his clients for every minute of phone call, every word of email and every hour of meeting with no outcome! I have hired this lawyer last year for my case which was not consider...ed very serious with no jailtime. For my case, he did not do any specific thing but accepting whatever prosecutor want to. He never listened to me and took advantage of me being a foreigner. He had been a prosecutor before, so he knows what would be the easiest way to get rid of your case from his table and rip you off! For my case, he left me one option; accepting the plea and leave the country! Thank you John for taking all my money and doing nothing!! If you are in trouble, I would recommend to look over other attorneys in the Detroit region as John Freeman is not the man who give you freedom!!!

I am sorry that you feel this way. At my firm, we strive to reach the best possible outcome for our clients. A client with unreasonable expectations presents a unique set of challenges. As you know, you faced multiple federal criminal charges that could have landed you in prison for decades before your ultimate removal from the United States. Instead, with your approval at every step in the process, I negotiated a resolution that resulted in your guilty plea to one felony and a time-served sentence. Rather than spending months incarcerated between your plea and sentencing dates, I successfully convinced the court and prosecutor to sentence you on the same day as your plea. You spent approximately one month incarcerated on the criminal charges, rather than the decades you faced without my assistance. As for fees, you paid exactly what you were quoted in a written fee agreement prior to my work on your behalf - nothing more and nothing less. Although you do not share my perspective, I consider your case a professional accomplishment. However, I am sorry that my firm was unable to meet your expectations.

Mr. Freeman is unprofessional and undependable. He did not do his job and I do not recommend this attorney to anyone.

I hired Mr. Freeman for a retail fraud case out of Oakland Co. Michigan. I am not a resident of Michigan so good communication skills was very important to me. Mr. Freeman would not return any calls nor answer any. Before paying him we had agreed that a plea bargin was not an option, however after... paying Mr. Freeman he told me that was my only option. It's amazing how that worked. I went to court after retaining him and when we got there he told me he had not even had a chance to look at my case. Keep in mind this is the same day he advised me to take a plea. How can an attorney do that if he has not even looked at the case? I recently hired another attorney that will fight for my rights. I received a bill from Mr. Freeman and the "free consultation" he claims is not free at all...try $500.00!!!! He overcharged me for services that he did not even do. $25.00 for a text message!? I would not ever recommend this attorney to anyone for anything. Mr. Freeman your fired!!!!!!!
