NEVER USE HIM AS YOUR LAWYER IN ANY CASE! First off he will not answer calls or texts, it is also next to impossible to get him to meet with you when needed, even when your court date is a few days away . He will say he has filed things for your case only for you to find out when you’re standing in c...

Worst Attorney I have ever retained.
Retained services. Hands down the worst attorney I have retained. Where do I even start? I wish I would write my entire story and tell how bad the experience was. False promises, not filing things on time, charges premium lawyer rates however literally the documents had spelling mistakes and call...
I'm sorry that you were not satisfied. Due to attorney/client confidentiality I can not discuss the details of this custody case. As you are aware, I was the third attorney you hired. You were not satisfied with your first 2 prior attorneys either. One of your prior attorneys had to sue you to collect attorney fees that you failed to pay. I represented you concerning your former wife's motion to terminate your physical and legal custody. After several days in trial, the trial court judge denied your ex-wife's motion to change joint physical custody. The court did grant your former wife's mother for sole physical custody of the minor children. Thereafter, you hired me to continue to represent you at the Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals, after reviewing the trial court record, affirmed the trail court's decision, finding that it was in the minor children's best interest that their mother have sole legal custody. Thereafter, it was alleged that your more recent conduct caused your former wife to file another motion regarding your more recent wrongful conduct and ask for attorney fees. It is my understanding that you hired a 4th attorney to defend this motion. The court again ruled against you, ordered the relief sought by your ex-wife and sanctioned you with payment of attorney fees and costs to your ex-wife's attorney. In closing, I wish you well in the future, and hope you find the results you believe you deserve.
