I had an accident in Washtenaw County in 1997, and with out my knowledge I was charged with a DUI. I had no Idea till 2018 when I was pulled over on a Friday night for driving on suspended license, and with a bench warrant issued as well. When it came time to move forward, andset a trial date, they declined to proceed. I have been told that D.A.'s rarely if ever dismiss DUI charges due to the seriousness of charge, and public safety. Thanks to Susan's representation, and her persistency of exposing the facts of the situation. The county was not able to take advantage of innocent citizen caught up complex misunderstanding.
