Do BETTER

So you specialize more so in the divorce situations. And I also see that you do children court stuff as well. Not as much as divorce by your lil stat wheel you have. But here is what I want to know. Do you believe in reunification for the mother? From what I see through the eyes of a mother that you ...took her babies from. If she didn't have mental illness then, she certainly does now. I hope you do your complete evaluations before deciding with the father in this. So many of you lawyers don't see the WHOLE Picture. You see only WHAT you want to see, even if it isn't true, you still side with father I see. Do better. HOW BOUT THAT! Stop ripping babies from their mothers you goofys, especially if she WANTS to be a mother. Instead maybe put resources out to that mother. So she could DO BETTER for her babies!! Not lawyers though, they are all about flipping worlds upside-down. SHAME ON YOU ALL

Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer

Steve handled my divorce. He is personable and a good listener, so I decided to hire him. His rate was low, and at the time, I thought I had a great deal on what I spent. However, he didn't do a good negotiation, left some terms of the agreement poorly written, and now 3 years after the divorce wa...s settled, I'm still grappling with problems derived from his poor negotiation and writing, and I wish I had hired someone more expensive who had done a better job. In particular, he crippled my income prospects by agreeing to a variable clause that I'm trying to overturn, he did not define clearly specific income to be used in calculations (gross income, gross receipts, adjusted taxable, net income) and this is still biting me on discussions with my ex, didn't include basics like a clause where my ex would lose support if she cohabitated with a new person, etc. During these 3 years I have had to learn and inform myself about different aspects of the divorce agreements in order to deal with the consequences of Steve's poor performance. At the time of the divorce, you are emotionally compromised, and in many cases, it is your first rodeo. You don't know what you don't know, and expect your attorney to be a hawk defending your interests, not just waiting for you to direct him. I don't know if my experience was an outlier, because he had great ratings at the time, and still has... however, I can't recommend him to anyone.
