I hired Daniel 2 years ago to represent me on a show cause hearing on child support in Macomb County. My ex-wife is so difficult to reason and deal with that even her own attorneys have eventually abandoned her. She has been through 6 attorneys since our divorce. Daniel actually got this woman to sit... down and talk to us and negotiate the child support payments. I have never been able to get my ex to actually listen to anything I say because she always thinks she is right and has all of the answers. I never went through a divorce before, but i knew some people that had and asked them what to expect and what to do. They said get a lawyer, but a good lawyer. so i did some research and met with a bunch of attorneys in my area that provided a free up front meeting (i also called some firms that ch...arged a few hundred bucks to sit down for a few minutes!). I have to say the first time I interviewed with Daniel it was different than what i had been through at that point. he gave me numerous options, and one included me doing nothing, walking out, and him losing my business. i could tell that i wasn't being hustled like i felt at other places. he also took me around the office and introduced me to his staff which made me feel important. i interviewed a couple of other attorneys after that, but felt Daniel would be best for me. i'm glad i hired him. although it wasnt easy emotionally, i felt protected and felt like i was always important and a priority. i was happy with my results and would recommend Daniel to any of my best friends. this is a far cry from some of the horror stories my friends told me about their divorces.
