On December 5, 2024, I had a scheduled phone appointment with Trevor to discuss guardianship casework. During our conversation, it seemed like we were on the same page and would move forward together, so I promptly sent him the necessary information via email as requested. After that, days turned int...o weeks with no response from Trevor. I called multiple times, left detailed messages, and made every effort to follow up, but he never returned any of my calls or acknowledged my emails. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. It is not only disrespectful but also a significant waste of my time and energy. Failing to respond to emails and phone calls, especially when dealing with something as important as guardianship casework, reflects poorly on Trevor’s reliability and commitment to his clients. A basic expectation of professionalism is communication, and Trevor has failed to meet even that. I would strongly advise anyone to hesitate before taking the time to meet with Trevor, as his lack of response and professionalism is both frustrating and highly disappointing.

I recently read a review about this particular lawyer and what he did to his client or better yet what he didn't do for his client. Because the story seemed so unbelievable I was fortunate enough to reach the man who gave the salacious review and from what I heard from this attorney's Daniel own word...s about his client was horrible. I suggested that he files a lawsuit against this man and that he should reach out to the civil rights commission as well as the attorney grievance commission because what he did and said to the opposing counsel was totally out of place. He screwed his client for the very beginning. He himself said to the opposing counsel that "he hadn't even prepared for this case". This would a great story for the media and all to hear and how Oakland county's family judicial system is one sided and flawed. I really hope that this father gets the justice that he well deserved.
