I was charged with Brandishing a Firearm in Public. Cy Abdo was able to work with the Prosecutor and the Judge to reduce the charge to a very low Disturbing the Peace offense. Further the court took it under MCL 771.1 and dismissed the charge with no period of probation, no loss of CPL or gun right...s. Cy is a gentleman, straight shooter and well respected by the courts. I would absolutely use him again, but sure hope I never do.

If your back is against the wall and you need help, hire Cy! I made a mistake which wound up being a felony and of course had me very scared as I am not someone who has spent their life in and out of courts and jails. The first time I contacted Cy he told me not to worry about it and he'll take care ...of it. Well that's easier said than done when all I could worry about was what was going to happen to me, my family and my job.
