Excellent attorney

I hired George for my case for retail fraud. I was very sad for what I did and worrying about the other things that could be at court against me. But George told me not to worry to much about.He help me step by step on my case and advice me to prepare for the court date.At the end my case was dismiss...ed.I was very happy my case was dismissed and only have to do 40 hours community service ,6 months probation plus the court fee 650 dollars.Again very happy end.For shure I will recommend George to anyone for retail fraud or criminal defense. He is the best attorney for your case.

LIFE SAVER!

My case was very complicated, and I got myself into a pretty big mess. I had violated probation for a misdemeanor once back in 2011, I was given another chance, but then I took off to Florida and was on the run from my charge for 4 years. During that 4 years, I picked up a felony drug charge that ren...dered me a convicted felon. When I finally decided it was time to turn myself in this year, I was certain I would be getting 90 days in jail for violating a second time and avoiding it for so long. I told George my story and he really took the time to listen and take down every tiny detail I disclosed. He really seemed to care, and that gave me a great feeling from the start. George had a great relationship with a probation officer in my courthouse and was able to get advice that advised me to drug test for 3 weeks before my sentencing. Right before sentencing, it became apparent that the judge wanted to give me 90 days in jail, so George had a private meeting with him before court started and totally campaigned for me by showing him my negative test results and asking him to give me another chance. The judge went from planning on giving me 90 days in Macomb County Jail to agreeing to give me two weekends in jail AND allowed me to keep my original delayed sentencing status so that it could be cleared from my record once I successfully completed the rest of my probation! Having my misdemeanor cleared will allow me to clear my felony as well. George really came through for me on this one. He was always completely reliable, he went out of his way to contact an outside drug testing facility to set up scheduled testing for me, and he always answered my phone calls. I did my first weekend in jail this past weekend, and those I told my story to were SHOCKED that I was able to get by with such minimal punishment. George has been a life saver for me and my family, and I am SO grateful that I hired him and that I have a second chance at a good life and a bright future with no criminal background! Thanks again, George!!!

Warm, Professional and Efficient

I never thought I would need a Criminal Defense Attorney. I was referred to George Macavoy Brown and was not the least bit disappointed. He addressed my professional woes and turned this situation into an outcome that is more than satisfactory. To me, we won.
