Problem Solved!

A few years ago, I attempted to purchase a firearm and was informed that I had a criminal record dating back to 1988 and was denied. To my dismay, that was just the beginning of being humiliated by a criminal record. Knowing the record was erroneous, I thought that I could easily get this cleared up ...by making a few calls. Nothing could have been further from reality. One call to George and finally my problem was solved. George quickly got my record cleared with the county, state and FBI and restored my 2nd amendment rights quickly! The only mistakes I made were leaning on my principles that I was the victim and should NOT have to pay an attorney to get a data entry error corrected and secondly that I waited way too long to call George. It was well worth the money - but more importantly the peace of mind, knowing that my name has been cleared is priceless!

A great lawyer and person.

I was acused of a serious crime. My first attorney was a court appointed attory that showed up late to my first case and had a 2 minute conference with me telling me you might want to serve one year, just so they dont try for 5 years. Then it tryed calling him and he never retuned my phone calls. All... of the first attorneys mistakes led me to seek obtaining George Brown. He called me. He asked me to provide any info that might be important to the case. He also did a fantastic job negotiating with the prosecutor. Even the judge said in his closing thoughts that" I really thought going into this case it would be extensive jail time". I didn't serve a day in jail thanks to George Brown. Im not a fellon thanks to George brown. I wish anyone reading this knows that everyone deserves a fair shake a second chance. Get a good or even a great attorney like mr.Brown.

George Brown is awesome!

I was facing two misdemeanor cases out of the 52-3 court in Rochester. With my extensive background, I decided to get a lawyer. I looked online and read the reviews for the firm George works with and saw only great reviews. He was in constant contact with me throughout the entire case and got me an a...wesome plea deal! Actually beyond awesome! However, I refused to take a deal. I wanted to go to trial and get it dismissed. We moved forward to trial and my funds weren’t up to par for the trial and he worked with me and the day of trial my case as DISMISSED! I am more than happy with how my case was resolved and I recommend George Brown to anyone who wants to actually win their case! He will do any and everything to help!

A True Professional with Personal Touch

If you are looking for true professional legal assistance, I would highly recommend George MacAvoy Brown. George was very thorough in researching my case and the laws associated with the charges. By looking to the law in more depth, he was able to negotiate my misdemeanor charge into a civil infra...ction and in Oakland County Court; that is not easy task. Outstanding

After a horrible night of bad decisions I was faced with an OWI charge, and looking at losing my license for a year after refusing a chemical test. Things were looking grim and I was not in a good place with all the legal and personal ramifications I was facing. A friend of mine contacted George as h...e assisted her earlier in the year and was able to get a favorable outcome. She also felt he was an honest likable person. After meeting with George, I decided to hire him, but not because he was promising me anything just telling me that I would be ok and would get through this. Only thing he promised is he would work hard to get the best outcome he could for me. I know there wasn't much to do in getting out of my charge, but I believe did get the most favorable outcome given the circumstances of the case. He knew keeping my license was one the most important things given that I am a single dad and have many responsibilities with my children. George was able to get the chemical test refusal dismissed, and had the foresight to plead early at the beginning of the COVID lockdown and have my 3 month restricted license occur during a time where driving really wasn't needed. There was little to no impact to my life because of this, and I will be eternally grateful for this. Beyond getting a favorable outcome, George is down to earth, easy to talk to, and always accessible. I would recommend George without hesitation to anyone in need of a lawyer regarding a criminal legal matter.
