Great attorney!

My family member found himself in the unfortunate position where he needed a defense attorney. I don't think he could have gotten a better one! Mr. Brown was accessible, professional and has a great demeanor. He always answered texts, emails and if he wasn't available for a phone call he always re...turned the call. He is very knowledgeable and helped my family member immensely. I wish all attorneys were like him. He's a bit pricey but it is well worth it, he knows his stuff. I am really pleased with the counsel he gave my family member, who is extremely lucky to have found him. Thank you for all you've done, Mr. Brown.

Difficult, but successful expungement

Hopelessness and despair was my life with a 4th degree CSC on my record. Joblessness, fear of public retaliation, and the realization that I would never have a future were becoming increasingly unbearable. I had paid my debt to society. I had rehabilitated. At the time of George MacAvoy Brown becomin...g my attorney I had been on the registry for almost two decades. George took my case, handling it with compassion and professionalism. He stood with me in front of the judge and prosecutor, never wavering or flinching. George and I stared down odds that were wholly against us, yet at the end, when the judge was speaking his final piece, I heard something I never thought I’d hear, “I find the defendant is deserving of the privilege to have his conviction set aside.” In an instant I felt like I could lift my shoulders again. Though teary-eyed, I could finally see light again. I don’t know that I’ll ever make a better decision than the one I made to hire the man who saved the rest of my life.

Best Attorney to Hire if You Want to WIN!

I Hired George to handle a DV matter, from the minute I spoke to him about the case, he was all over it! His attention to detail, work ethic and honest approach Is unmatched. Let me start off by saying that George Brown is the type of attorney that will go that extra mile for a client. My story is a long one that has consistently been haunting and subliminally affecting my life for almost twelve years now. Filled with teen angst, as is the case with most youths, I have ma...de a few mistakes in my teen years. My one unwittingly fatal mistake, however, had unfortunately left a tarnish on my record, and that blemish had followed me like a dark cloud over my head for the past ten years. The statute that allowed for me to adjudicate my record was ten years after the date of completion. Upon doing some thorough research, on successful, diligent, and capable attorneys in my area, I called and spoke with George over the phone about my situation. Only after our productive conversation, we decided to meet in person. Although George was younger than some of the attorneys I had spoken with previously, I knew the moment that we first shook hands that he was the ideal attorney for this arduous task. Upon discussing and agreeing to the terms of our arrangement we parted ways and I instantly felt elated at the thought of finally putting my juvenile past behind me. Little did we know of the future turmoil that was heading our way. The global pandemic, COVID-19, shook the court systems – and the world. Despite this colossal barrier, George worked tirelessly and persistently on getting our day in court. With some minor unanticipated complications, that George took care of free of charge, we ended up winning my case! I can confidently state that it is because of George and his relentless determination that I can optimistically say that I finally got my life back!
