I’m 2017 This man was appointed to me in court when I didn’t have the cash to hire a lawyer myself. My maximum sentence was 12 years in prison. He told me the best he could do was 10 years serve 75% so 7.5 years time served plus 2.5 years probation. He said that his hands were tied this was the best ...I could get. I fired him, hired a new guy after taking out a loan and the guy I hired got me 9 months work release followed by 9 months house arrest with 2 years probation. So he outright lied to me. Absolute trash lawyer and terrible person. He was happy to let me lose 7.5 years of my life.
