In my case it was regarding my Resident Alien visa which had been issued in 1980 and had never been renewed as it did not have an expiration date, In 90 mi...nutes, Mr Mogilevsky was able to sort out the mess with the visa type and lack of expiration date and file all the required mound of paperwork to renew the visa. This was in mid November. After completing all the necessary U.S. government requirements, I was informed the new visa would be available in about a year. In mid February, I was called to go pick up my new visa at Mr Mogilevsky's office. Without the advice and guidance of a competent and professional immigration lawyer, Mr Mogilevsky in this case, I would still be struggling to find and submit the correct paperwork. And still waiting for my new visa.
