We had a consultation of parenting rights, but were not able to hire her right away. We then had an important situation come up to try and get the child's SS# for tax purposes and I called Kate first. She was more than efficient! She let me know that she would draft up the letter and get back with me.... I was thinking she would call me the following day at earliest since it was the end of the business day. She called me in less than 10 minutes and said she had my letter drafted and ready to go! I knew she was efficient and great at her job, but I felt like she was Jimmy John's freaky fast! Kate was late to every court hearing, filed things with courts without permission or discussing with me had to revoke my electric signature to stop her from continuing to do this, added charges to my account for services not rendered. If you have a question or a concern make sure you have months to ...wait for an answer. Would give 0 stars but that was not an option

Kate was 20 minutes late for the 1st court hearing and forgot her papers for my son's child custody. Kate did not return phone calls and if you left a message is took days to get a response back even from the office manager. The staff is just as lost as Kate is. Kate will talk a good talk in her o...ffice so be advised. We switched to another attorney and won the case. Thanks Kate for helping us win by not using you.
