I hired this attorney to get visitation and or custody of my baby, Kathrini Flood took $3000 as a retainer, I never met her, I tried, I waited 2-3 week at a time for phone appointments that she was not able to answer, I ask she file a restraining order to keep my ex from leaving the country with my c...hild, it was never filed for, I have a court date and go to find out my attorney Kate filed to continue the case without asking or telling me, to continue was the only paperwork she filed a Sept for when she quit my case less then aa week of trial date, I lost my daughter, I lost everything because of Kathrine Flood, and she kept my money, she charged me for everytime i called and her secretary answered to say Kate was not available. Don't believe the reviews, it must be her staff, they seem to be a bunch of man haters, Kathrine Flood was a liar to me, did not do her job in any way shape or form and stole money from me she did not earn. Please don't risk your children's future by hiring Kathrine Flood. I have my baby now after hiring a good male attorney. Everything that was done to me legally has been reversed no thanks to Kathrine Flood but the scars from emotional damage on my baby and me caused by Kathrine Flood will last forever. Kate was late to every court hearing, filed things with courts without permission or discussing with me had to revoke my electric signature to stop her from continuing to do this, added charges to my account for services not rendered. If you have a question or a concern make sure you have months to ...wait for an answer. Would give 0 stars but that was not an option
