Think twice before retaining her!

Kate was 20 minutes late for the 1st court hearing and forgot her papers for my son's child custody. Kate did not return phone calls and if you left a message is took days to get a response back even from the office manager. The staff is just as lost as Kate is. Kate will talk a good talk in her o...ffice so be advised. We switched to another attorney and won the case. Thanks Kate for helping us win by not using you.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I am confused, as I do not have any clients named "Lon," nor do the facts you described sound similar to any of my cases. Also, I have never forgotten "papers" for anyone's child custody - perhaps this review was intended for someone else? If so, please remove it. Otherwise, if I did represent you at some point, please call my office to discuss. This is not the kind of service we provide to our clients, so I would like to clear this up. Thank you!
