Don't Do it!
If you want to lose out on money and not get anything accomplished, even with a mountain of evidence, hire Kate Flood! She is laughable and so is her staff. Look elsewhere, its even worth paying more money to actually get your needs met.

She is on probation for a reason
Demeaning, childish, and will lie on the stand to your detriment. She’s on probation for a reason people. Don’t risk it by hiring her.

The most unfair and immoral lawyer in America
I would not recommend her services and she is extremely biased . She hates immigrants and is easily bought . She is very dishonest and immoral person .

Hi James, When you hired me, about two and a half years ago, you misrepresented the facts of your case to me, which hindered my ability to represent you. (Hiding something from your lawyer is never a good idea, as we cannot protect you from things we have not been informed of.) Specifically, you failed to disclose a number of investigations pending against you which had direct bearing on the way the Court would evaluate custody of your child. In addition, you were repeatedly abusive to my staff, shouting at them and using profanity. You were warned more than once that I do not tolerate that behavior, and that if you continued to abuse my staff, I would withdraw. (This was also explicitly stated in the retainer agreement you signed and which we went over verbally, as I do with all clients as a part of my intake process.) That being said, my staff and I did everything in our power to protect you up until my withdrawal was granted. You were notified of my withdrawal in writing nearly three weeks before your hearing date. Enclosed in that withdrawal letter, we refunded the portion of your retainer which had not been consumed by our legal work - legal work which included drafting and filing a petition and request for immediate hearing, extensive consultation with you, investigation into your case, and the rendering of my legal advice and opinion. We only bill for work actually performed, so we absolutely did not keep the remainder of your retainer payment. You were refunded over $1000 via check number ending in -09, which you cashed. Think twice
Kate was late to every court hearing, filed things with courts without permission or discussing with me had to revoke my electric signature to stop her from continuing to do this, added charges to my account for services not rendered.
