We hired Moreno to represent us for what was described as a straight-forward adjustment of status case (green card through marriage). After taking our money and documents, Moreno ghosted us for months until we followed up with the Indiana Supreme Court. It was only after a disciplinary complaint was ...filed that our documents were submitted to USCIS. By this time, our documents were so old they were no longer valid, and we had to hire another immigration attorney to restart the whole process. Throughout this entire ordeal, Moreno and his office hardly ever responded to our phone calls, never responded to our emails, took our money, and ghosted us. We've heard through the grapevine that he was eventually evicted from his office and now no longer has access to our documents (supposedly). We still have not gotten our money back, our immigration process was stymied for ALMOST TWO YEARS, and we have now learned that there are multiple investigations into his legal practice from the Indiana Supreme Court (court files publicly accessible). Stay as far away as possible!!!
