Ms. Honest Mistake

I highly recommend Mr. Phillip Hayes. You will not be disappointed. Mr. Hayes listen to my needs and what I wanted the out come of my case to be. Mr. Hayes is very polite and honest about what he can do for you. His assistant Ms. Nicole respond to my emails in a timely manner and answered all my ques...tions. Mr. Hayes was able to get all of my charges dropped every last one them even my felony charge. I’m so thankful and grateful that I chose him as my attorney. I made an honest mistake and Mr. Hayes was able to save my career and my name and I will forever be grateful. Life Changing Decision

Phillip Hayes and his team were great to work with. I went through tons of reviews before I called Mr. Hayes and I’m glad I did. All of the research I did was well worth it. He gave me the best rate out of everyone and actually explained to me the things that were being done and why. I needed my case... sped up because I was moving out of state and he did just that. This could’ve interfered with the outcome of my future so I knew I needed who actually cared. My case was resolved in a timely manner and I am more than happy with the outcome. Thank you for taking my case when I wanted to look outside of Shelby County for great representation. Even though my case was in Shelby County he was always there prompt and on time. I recommend Philip Hayes!

A friend recommended I hire Philip to represent me for my DUI in Marion County. Philip took the time to walk me through the legal process and thoroughly explained my options. I was so blessed to finally find a attorney that treated me as a person not a case he did exactly what I asked of him in my eyes he is the best ,most attorneys won't call you on your day off from home and then text you weeks after your case is over just to make sure you're doing OK thank you so much...

Outstanding Attorney

Have used Mr. Hayes on 3 seperate occasions. Mr. Hayes was beyond helpful with both my cases which involved criminal law and family law. The results were beyond impeccable and and I was kept informed during the entire process by either him personally or his wonderful staff. My court cases were in Mar...ion and Johnson County. Highly recommend Hayes Law Office for anything involving the judiciary system. He is and will continue to me my "go to guy" for anything legal wise!
