Excellent Attorney

I am very thankful to have had Frank as my divorce attorney. He is very open and honest and walked me through every step. I never once felt I was misinformed or felt as I was just another client. I would highly recommend Frank in the future.

Wasted My Time & Money!

I'm am extremely disappointed with the representation that I received from Frank. Things started off great and I was hopeful that he would be an asset to me in my divorce. Eventually, Frank started getting increasingly unresponsive. It's been over a year and I've asked him multiple times, in writin...g, for a copy of the draft separation agreement; he's yet to send me ANYTHING. A few months ago, Frank worked with my ex’s attorney to postpone a court date on a joint motion, that he told me NOTHING about, and delayed divorce even longer. Every time court is delayed, it costs me more time and money. I shouldn't have had to find out that I PAID my attorney to file a joint motion with my ex’s attorney by looking at the public record. He should have told me himself but he didn't because the reason he cited to the court asking for them to delay my court date was that "the parties needed more time to reach an agreement". That one move pushed my court date back two months! Meanwhile, I am STILL waiting to see his work product that spells out my position in writing to my ex's attorney. All this time and over $5,000 later and I don't even know what the "sticking points" of disagreement are. How is that possible? I've given him more than enough documentation. I've given him 4 rounds of discovery that he doesn't even appear to read because he asks me questions that are in the paperwork. According to his invoicing, he's billed me hours of his, and his assistant's, time for drafting the separation agreement so why can't he send it to me?! Last week, I was forced to spend another $3,000 to retain a new attorney after Frank stopped responding to me on an extremely urgent, time sensitive matter. He went silent for over a week. My new attorney has gotten more movement on my case in a week than Frank did in 13 months of dragging his feet and selectively answering my questions. I could go on and on, and I will, to spare as many people as I can against wasting time and money they don't have getting the yo-yo treatment from Frank. I also fully intend to file a formal complaint against Frank with the Bar Association.

best part is payment plan

I went to frank because of a gun charge and ovi case. He couldnt guarantee me anything which i know, but he dragged my case out. He sent in associates for most of my court dates. One day he said he was working with procecutor but was really on the beach. He charge me a ton of money which i paid off ...reasonably. My case started in November 2014. I told him i need to resolve this matter because my wedding is in august 2015. He dragged it out until may and i still got 55 days house arrest, jail time, fines, probation, treatment program. Which he told me to take treatment before because it would be beneficial. He didnt even bring it up in court. He was always late to my court dates which were important to me. He was scheduling things to do on my court dates as well. For my ovi case he didnt even try to get my BAC results. Until this day the hospital doesnt even have any records of it. He jept saying lets do the felony case first which the ovi was more important to me. I had license for my weapon so i had a great chance of a program. Now im on house arrest up until my wedding day. On top of that he was still trying to set my court at a later date and knew he was booked for that date. My final court date he came late as usual. Then he had another client in there and didnt even acknowledge my case. I know i wasnt drunk at the time of my arrest but frank was really no help to me. Just $5000 down the drain to get the same deal as a public defender would have got. I unferstanf that him and the judge joked with each other, but it was only when my case was being presented. Besides going back in time and not getting pulled over, i would definitely have looked for a nore experienced attorney. Experience beats repurability anyday.

Very serious case. Third time OVI plus a felony gun charge. There was no conviction on the felony and the punishment for the OVI was modified to cut the mandatory jail time in half. Excellent result.
