Robert Acciani represented me as an intern and he eventually sat as co-counsel in my very complex personal injury “Premises Liability” case in Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Civil Division. Even though the Jury found that the Defendants were negligent, they did not believe the Defendants’ negligence was a direct or proximate cause of my injuries under Ohio Law with the evidence presented so the they reluctantly ruled in favor of the Defendants. I would not wish the Civil Trial experience on anyone. These Civil rules are put in place to protect us all and Robert Acciani has a very good understanding of these rules/laws and fights to see that they are upheld. If you are faced with a situation where you need an Attorney see that you hire a specialist in the area of Law specific to your claim that practices in the State/County where said incident occurred. Absolutely DO NOT hire an Attorney that may practice in multiple areas because it has been my experience they have less success winning cases.
