I would not refer Troy W. He will bleed you out your money and plea you out with no fight . He over charge people and if it gets bonded over he charge you again , He does not do any work as a lawyer supposed to , he is very lazy . He make deals and will give you up , and try to take the easy way out... as possible . You get Troy you go to jail it’s simple guilty or not !
