A Lawyer's Lawyer

I had a concussion from an accident that was not my fault. Medicare refused to pay unless we completed paperwork which I couldn't fathom. An attorney friend stepped in to help, but after 31/2 years we couldn't get the insurance company to give us the time of day. Our friend sent us to Brian. We... found out the driver was claiming the accident was my fault. They were driving a jeep; I was in the crosswalk crossing legally. There was a witness, but they had retired and moved to Florida. Somehow, Brian found them. He talked to my neurologist. He filed the suit. He was with me through the deposition process. When I was too tired to go on, he continued the battle. He worked for 9 months on my case and got a good settlement out of court. He doesn't quit. What I like best about him is that he's low-key and so likeable--even opposing counsel liked him. He doesn't bully or threaten because he doesn't need to. He uses the law to get the justice needed.

Outstanding!!

I was involved in a head on collision and hospitalized during the Covid pandemic, after a call from the insurance company to my husband, we realized that the insurance company didn’t have our best interest. I had numerous inquiries from all different lawyers, but we went a different route and looked... for a good lawyer, we found Brian Wilson after doing our homework. From the first call from my Nursing Home room I knew we had the right one, in Mr. Brian Wilson and his office staff. Whatever I needed he was there, the phone calls, the questions we asked, Brian was always knowledgable, professional and empathetic to the pain and loss I was going through. Our case took a very long time, partly because of the Covid protocols, but we always had faith in Brian. Brian stood firm and worked very hard, thru all the shenanigans that the insurance company came up with, and got us a very nice settlement and conclusion to the case. Trust me you can’t go wrong on choosing Brian Wilson as your attorney.

Provided legal advice and direction. Reviewed Insurance settlement documents.

Brian was recommended to my wife and I by an estate lawyer we have dealings with. Our daughter was rear ended in 2017 resulting in a concussion and whip lash. The statute of limitations was fast approaching and we were handling the claim ourselves. I contacted Brian so we would have an attorney shoul...d we need to file a lawsuit. I explained the situation and all we had done. He gave me very good insight into the process moving forward and what we could expect. Once we had a settlement offer, he reviewed it and made some recommendations which we had the Insurance company include in the final document. He was very personable and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. I would definitely recommend him if you require an attorney with his experience.

Would highly recommend Brian Wilson

I was in a very minor car accident that left me with a lot of pain and injured my neck. I did not think I needed to hire an attorney and tried to be honest with all companies that contacted me regarding my accident. Working through the process on my own, I finally realized I needed help navigating th...e insurance world to pay for my medical bills.
