Joseph Nigh

Juvenile Issues

I utilized the services of Mr. Nigh to assist with several issues my juvenile daughter was having and had been arrested for. Since my daughter lived with her mother i retained Joe just to ensure that she was dealt with fairly by the court system. In the end i walked away with custody of my daughter b...ecause the other home was deemed unfit by the court. Joe presented many things the court had been unaware of previously and i believe it really helped my daughter in the long term.

Exceeding Expectations!

Joe handled my divorce with a wonderful sensitivity to my situation and kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. I have worked with Joe since he handled my divorce for a few custody agreement issues and each time he met and exceeded all expectations. I couldn't imagine going through the... process with anyone else. I have recommended Joe to several acquaintances of mine and will continue to do so in the future.

Good Experience and Down to Earth

I was satisfied with the service provided by Joseph Nigh in regards to my recent child support case. He was very accessible and prompt in response to my queries. I was provided with good advice to assist in making decisions which generated a successful outcome in my case.

Do Not Hire Joe Nigh

No representation in terms of advocacy nor legal guidance / direction was provided. I hired Joe January 2025 and fired him November 2025 in the middle of divorce settlement negotiations. He was ineffective, absent, and well overpaid for a lack of services. His associate Jessica Rowland is inexperienc...ed, nonchalant and impersonal. Between the two attorneys I received no strategic planning nor advocacy on my behalf. Neither attorney was worth the money charged. Do not waste your money with this firm.
