Don’t go to court without Joe!

I need more than 5 stars! I can’t even begin to express how amazing Joe and his team have been. Joe is down to earth and easy to talk to. He is extremely intelligent and a master at his craft. He is always prepared and ready to go to bat for his clients. He works hard and always shows up prepared whe...ther it’s for a simple phone call, a deposition or a court date. He is honest and manages client expectations well. If you have to go to court you want Joe to be there with you! He is the best of the best!

Thorough and Dedicated

Joe was referred to me by a lawyer with a different field of expertise. Unfortunately, I experienced a high-conflict divorce and subsequent contentious issues with the finalized separation agreement and shared parenting plan. Joe assisted me with the latter. My case was extremely complicated and invo...lved a great deal of detail. Joe was thorough, and his team included multiple paralegals who were also highly competent (Thank you Lynn and Rachel!) Joe is a no BS, direct attorney who was up front with my magistrate about the issues at hand. He always responded to my emails and cared about my case even after the case concluded. Additionally, he listened to what was most important to me and helped negotiate to that end.

Personable, Practical, Professional

Mr Nigh was hired in my successful bid to terminate spousal support after 5 years of paying. i now live out of state so we never met face to face. in fact, i never had to appear in court. Mr Nigh’s conference calls, communication, ideas, recommendations, and exceptional support staff made the process... so much better than expected. i am very grateful and feel i can now turn completely toward my future without that burden weighing me down and impacting every choice i make. he has made my life easier, freer, and has certainly lightened my load. He was selected out of a dozen attorneys i found from online research and to whom i sent inquiries. he responded very quickly and set up a conference call before i had even heard from some of the others. i knew from the moment we first talked that he was my attorney and have not once regretted my choice. he was patient, diligent, and focused on achieving the right amount of evidence prior to filing the motion to terminate. i cannot thank him enough for all he did on my behalf.

Great Lawyer

My case took a turn for the worse 3 years into the litigation process and I was referred to Joe Nigh by another attorney. I was told he would be conscientious and industrious with my case. Upon first meeting Joe, you get the sense that he is a straight shooter and will tell it like it is. That's exac...tly what I needed. Unfortunately my case was so complex by the time I hired Joe that there was a lot of untangling that needed to happen in order to get my case pointed in the right direction. Joe's perseverance and tenacity never waivered. I felt extremely supported and very well represented. Joe kept on the straight and narrow and connected me with all the right people and eventually my case got turned around. It was a tremendous undertaking and I couldn't have had a better advocate for my case than Joe. I will be eternally grateful for the attention and care I was afforded by this law firm.
