Worth every cent

Joe and his partner Courtney were my attorneys for my divorce. They handled every detail and every idiosyncrasy of the case flawlessly and I could not be happier with their efficiency, level of attention to detail, and the overall service provided. I recommend Joe and his law practice 110%.

Custody Case

Custody for Fathers

I was looking for the best child custody lawyers in Ohio that had a good record of getting the father good results as far as custody is concerned. Joseph Nigh was the attorney I decided to work with and he got started on my case the day after my son was born. In what was a very frustrating and chal...lenging time dealing with the opposing side Joe did a good job of keeping me positive and getting a favorable outcome. He is extremely knowledgeable as is his staff. He was able to get me 50/50 shared parenting while avoiding a costly trial. I highly recommend Joe and his staff to anyone going through a child custody situation especially fathers.

Divorce case

Joseph Nigh has recently helped with complete my divorce proceedings. I went to three different attorneys prior to finding Joseph. He was able to handle my case in a professional and expedite manner. I would highly recommend him to colleagues.

Great attorney!

In the past, I have had horrible experiences with attorneys addressing child abuse and custody of my children. They often did not know the details of my case, rarely returned calls or emails, and overall was not effective. I hired Joseph to further address child abuse and custody of my children. J...oseph and his firm work closely together to meet client's needs. I am astounded by the level of professionalism, dedication, and great customer service that Joseph and his firm provides. Joseph and his staff ALWAYS respond to phone calls and emails the same business day. He understands the sense of urgency when dealing with sensitive issues like the protection of your children. Joseph always presents himself professionally and ethically. He is a wonderful negotiator and is an effective advocate.
