Skilled, Effective Legal Representation

A prominent Columbus child therapist recommended Joe Nigh to me without hesitation after having seen the negative effect that a difficult divorce and poor outcome had on my children, and how worried he was for them if the looming custody battle ended with another poor outcome. Personable, Practical, Professional

Mr Nigh was hired in my successful bid to terminate spousal support after 5 years of paying. i now live out of state so we never met face to face. in fact, i never had to appear in court. Mr Nigh’s conference calls, communication, ideas, recommendations, and exceptional support staff made the process... so much better than expected. i am very grateful and feel i can now turn completely toward my future without that burden weighing me down and impacting every choice i make. he has made my life easier, freer, and has certainly lightened my load. He was selected out of a dozen attorneys i found from online research and to whom i sent inquiries. he responded very quickly and set up a conference call before i had even heard from some of the others. i knew from the moment we first talked that he was my attorney and have not once regretted my choice. he was patient, diligent, and focused on achieving the right amount of evidence prior to filing the motion to terminate. i cannot thank him enough for all he did on my behalf.

excellent lawyer

Joseph came highly recommended, he handled a custody case for me. He was always available to me and his assistant, Lynn was fantastic also. They told me exactly what to expect and all was handled very professionally. Highly recommend Joe Nigh

I first consulted with Joe about school district issues and it evolved I into a full blown custody case. Joe was very honest and frank, always guiding me in the right direction.
