Master of his trade

After a cheap attorney botched an easy uncontested divorce hearing, I hired Joeseph Nigh to handle the most important matter of my life - my children. During a very unique and complicated divorce that spanned 3 and a half years (2011 - 2014) I hired Joe to step in to represent me and my children'...s best interest. I read multiple reviews on how prepared and knowledgeable he was, but was still amazed when I saw him in action. He took the time to understand every facet of my case, and calculated every decision meticulously. In the court room nothing throws him off, and his wit is unmatched. If he wasn't immediately available, he was very quick to respond to my seemingly endless inquiries. He never made me feel like I was a burden. I felt like my case was always a priority to him. In other words, I never felt like he was putting my concerns, filings, or otherwise on hold so that he could deal with another client. His knowledge and expertise is unrivaled, and I couldn't imagine a better outcome than the one he helped me obtain; every single thing I asked for. I would highly recommend him to any father going through a divorce where children are involved. As with everything in life - you get what you pay for.

Highly recommend Joe Nigh

I first consulted with Joe about school district issues and it evolved I into a full blown custody case. Joe was very honest and frank, always guiding me in the right direction. He was always prepared and I never worried about how he would handle my case. Everyone at the Nigh Law Group office w...ere fantastic also, always helpful and responsive. The outcome of my case was far beyond what I expected and I couldn't be more happier. If in doubt on who to use for legal counsel, use Joe Nigh.

Joseph Nigh was our attorney for a difficult child custody case. Joe and his staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to our questions. We had complete confidence in whatever steps Joe pursued with the court. He always made sure we were in agreement as he guide...d us through the process. He was prepared, detailed, and no nonsense during our hearings. But as his client, we found him very approachable and very easy to talk to when discussing our options or concerns. Joe has an excellent ability to suggest alternative solutions during stressful situations. I would not hesitate to hire Joe again and would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a good attorney.

Client for life

While I hope that I won't need an attorney often, Joe is the one I will call for help any time I do. I used Joe for a dissolution as well as a child custody case and am very happy with the service he provided. Joe is an excellent communicator every step of the way. He made me feel like I knew exactly... what was going on and gave invaluable advice on what to expect during the process. I have since turned to him for advice which he is always willing to extend. He listened to my story and gave much needed advice that left me feeling like I wasn't alone. It's a great feeling to know that I can turn to him if/when I need legal help. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a lawyer.

Smart, considerate, organized and impressive

I hired Joe after doing alot of research, and knew he was my man after the first call. He helped me find my child, whom was being hidden by his mother from me. There has not been one stone un-turned or any fact lost on him. He and his co counsel in my case, Courtney Zollars, and office personnel Lynn... are the most dedicated,detail oriented, and personable group of professionals you can hope for. Communication between myself Joe, and his staff is impeccable. He always responds very timely. He had every detail of my case memorized and required no info from me during trial. I would say he knows the details better than I do. His quick wit during trial was equally as impressive as his organization. I used lawyer's before in my case, but none of them hold a candle to the knowledge, professionalisim, and consideration I experienced with Joe and staff. I beg you do not waste your time and money on anybody else! As far as I'm concerned, Joseph Nigh, co- Counselor Courtney Zollars, and staff are the post all other lawyer's in their field should be measured against!.
