I am a student seeking my educations in US. I applied for a student visa in a foreign US consulate. Unfortunately, my visa was delayed unreasonably therefore I had to defer my application in my school many times due to clearance check. In November 2020 I was interviewed for my J1 visa at the US consulate at my country of residence. I am still a Cuban national but with more than 11 year residence abroad.
