Mr. Moser was hired to help you straighten out something that was a total misunderstanding. Every time I call he answered the phone and answered my questions. He not only got my case dismissed but I also received an apology from the prosecuting attorney but from the judge as well. I also received... a prompt email from Mr Moser stating that the case was dismissed as well as stating nothing can ever come from this again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Showed up for almost every court hearing late and missed court dates twice. Was unable to produce any paperwork to show he did anything to defend or negotiate the case. Did not keep client updated, did not return calls or respond to emails. Would be better off with public defender or no attorney at a...ll.

I hired him to take care of a traffic case since I'm from out of town. No communication, not even an acknowledgment on email. Received a letter from my home state about my license being revoked because of this citation. He gladly took my money but almost refused to do anything about my case. To top i...t all, he didn't show up to court and I ended up with a failure to appear. Wouldn't return phone calls. I had to hire another attorney to correct the mess he made of everything. Beware, his what he says and actually does are very different things.
