If the system was a functioning, sane, evidence-based system, Larry Forman would be an undefeated lawyer. He is a world class lawyer and THE Best DUI lawyer in the world. He filed motion after motion, resulting in my charges being reduced, and he even filed a petition against the judge (who was super... suspect). The inside-joke stares and the sarcastic nods and rehearsed nudges and clueing from the Magoffin County DA, the judge, and the testifying officers, makes their courtroom reek of corruption. If I had to go to war, I would want Larry beside me. And when you go to court in America, you are indeed going to war. Larry has the intellect and wit you need to strategize, plus a pair of big brass balls to execute the job. If you need a REAL DUI lawyer, someone who will fight tooth and toenail for you, someone who will look the judge and the trooper in the eye and ask the difficult questions, you’d be mistaken to go with anyone for representation except Larry Forman.

This occurred after I conveyed my hesitancy to pay the final 1/4 of the agreed amount until my case was concluded, which I thought was appropriate and reasonable although he did not.
