t has been several years since I was discharged from the military. After serving for many years with one deployment of duty to Iraq, I was honorably discharged but had issues dealing with depression that led to drinking and self-destructive behavior. I was pulled over in August of 2017 for speeding, reckless driving and DUI. I was arrested that night and spent the night in jail even though I blew UNDER the limit, my reading was .071, the legal limit in Kentucky is .080. Upon my release I IMMEDIATELY started researching and shopping for a good DUI... attorney. I contacted Larry Forman about a speeding ticket that I received that would have automatically gave me a double suspension on my license.
