The prosecution would not offer any reasonable deal despite having very little evidence. A senior prosecutor was assigned to the case. Mr Forman delivered on his promises. What you see in his videos is what you get. He didn't pull any **verbal** punches. He relentlessly attacked the officer and the complete lack of hard evidence. In the prosecutors closing arguments, he spent the first 7 minutes complaining about and attacking Mr Forman. At that moment, I knew we had won. The prosecutor and state trooper even refused to shake Mr Forman's hand while the jury was deliberating. The jury agreed with us and two of the sweetest words to ever grace my ears were returned on the DUI case...NOT GUILTY. No matter your location within Kentucky, do not hesitate to hire LARRY FORMAN.
