I used to live in Chattanooga, I had since moved to Ohio where I was notified 5 years after I moved that I had a warrant in Tennessee still. Garth not only took the case when other wouldn't, but he did everything he said without me even having to take time off work to take a trip to Tennessee. Great ...guy can tell he's very educated and knows his stuff. Also had a great staff behind him, his assistan Eric is a very friendly and sweet spoken southern belle. It was always a pleasure to talk with them when I had to call or they called me. And with being the only lawyer to take my case he was very flexible and reasonable with payments. I hope indont need to use him again but if the time does call when I need a lawyer in Chattanooga he will be the one I go to!!!
