Attorney Best was very accommodating. Since my case was somewhat of a rare situation, he informed me of ever...y little detail involved. He is very down to earth and understanding. His lawyer fees were competitive with other lawyers but for the accommodation he and his secretary provide, it was well worth it! Under the circumstances of my particular case, I don't think it's possible to imagine a better outcome. I've never been in trouble with the law, but all of a sudden found myself with 10 charges, 2 of which were felonies. I knew that I had to educate myself on the process, interview lawyers and make... very informed decisions if I was going to have any hope of a reasonable result. I interviewed and met with a dozen or more attorneys and met many that I would have absolutely loved to have hired. In the end, I felt Mr. Best gave me the best price/performance ratio so I decided to hire him. As someone that will spend two days researching the best toothbrush to buy, it was very important to me to spend this time researching the person that could mean the difference between me being at home or in jail. I fully expected for this process to drag out for 6 months or more, so imagine my surprise that at my first court date with representation I get my 2 felonies reduced to misdemeanors, 7 charges dismissed and I walked away with 2 years probation. I don't think Clarence Darrow, Chuck Norris, John Wayne or Ironside could have done any better. I know it sounds a like hyperbole, but I was astonished by this. I can't thank Mr. Best enough and want him to know that I'm very grateful. It's almost instinctive to allow a result like this to embolden you, but I'm very well aware of just how lucky I am to be typing this from the comfort of my own home. I know I dodged a barrage of bullets. I would not hesitate for one millisecond to recommend Mr. Best to any friend or loved one. Not only did he get me over and above what I expected, but he answered all my emails within a day. The responses weren't one word answers or short replies, but rather well thought out, detailed emails explaining in plain English the answers to my questions. As someone who is very interested in the machinations of just about everything, I was glad that he indulged my curiosity. In the end, it was a great experience (poor choice of words perhaps) but one I hope I never have to go through again. Stay out of trouble folks, but if you ever find yourself on the wrong side of the law, by all means call Garth Best. Cheers!

I have never been in trouble or arrested or needed a lawyer until this past summer. I'm so glad I chose to hire Garth Best to be my lawyer. I had no idea what to do or where to begin and right from the beginning Garth was so accommodating and helpful. Another thing that i really liked about Garth was... how down to earth he was and how he made sure I understood how things worked. I was charged with a DUI, DUA, procession of a controlled substance, and false identification. Garth met with me on several occasions to talk with me about questions and concerns I had and what to expect in court. Once my court date rolled around I was so pleased with the out come. My DUA and false identification charges were both dropped completely and my DUI was dropped down to reckless driving. I'm on unsupervised probation for a year, I have to do 3 days of community service, and go to one VIP (Victims Impact Panel). If I complete my probation, along with the community service, and VIP class the procession charge will disappear as well. This is the best outcome I could have had. I got to keep my license, I don't have to do more time in jail, I don't have to pay to have a breathalyzer in my car, and I don't have to pay for drug test every month either. Garth even got another one of my fees dropped in court because I'm a full time student so every little bit helped. Garth also worked with me breaking up the payments I owed him as well. Overall i could not be happier with hiring Garth Best as my lawyer. I highly recommend Garth Best to anyone in need of a great lawyer.
