Good man. Amazing Lawyer.

Rocky McElhaney has went way beyond being a lawyer, he is like a family member. I was badly burned in an industrial accident in 2001 by phosphorus. That day my whole life changed. My family and the doctors didn't even think I was going to make it. Thankfully, I pulled through. Rocky was there by... my side from the hospital all the way through the entire fight with work comp and social security. He was there through everything. He went to the doctor visits with me, he was there when I needed him on my worst days, even asked me if he could help paint my house to help me out. I'm telling you, I don't know of any lawyer out there who would treat me so good. We've went to court several times either because workers' comp was trying to cut my meds or because of a social security hearing. Every time it's a nerve-racking experience, but Rocky eased my fears, told me how things were going to go every step of the way. He always did his homework, knew the law, always knew what was going on in my case and when it was time to get in front of the judge he always dominated and made things right. Because Rocky was in my corner, my case was successful. I went through so much depression because of my accident- I can honestly say, I don't think I'd be here if it wasn't for him. At the bleakest times in my life he gave me hope. He even got me additional lump sum in social security payments where initially I was told I was going to be owing social security. He really turned that around! This man is incredible. If you don't know who to turn to after an accident like mine, or a car accident, or other personal injury and you just hire somebody else, you're experience WILL be totally different, and you could be taking a big risk with your future. When you hire Rocky, you can trust he and his team do everything they can to ensure that you get the compensation you deserve and so desperately need. There is no attorney out there like Rocky!

If there were more than five stars to award - I would so give it to Rocky!

This thing only has 5 stars but i would so love to give it more!! My name is Shelia Lannom and I was a client with Rocky Law firm for the past few years. I want to recommend him and his staff to any one needing a attorney's assistance. Rocky took on my case which as he and I called it a "plane cr...ash" waiting to happen! My case was a up hill battle both ways! Rocky didn't flinch he took on my case as soon as he spoke with me. Then Afsoon came on board and took my experience with his firm to a whole other level. From his front office staff to the back I always felt cared for. Well, Rocky took control of the spiraling plane and Afsoon copiloted, and took my case to a smooth landing. We had a 12 hour trial which Rocky was sick through the whole thing and never complained nor backed down for a second. He and I touched base after trial and I assured him that I felt no one could have done a better job. I don't think rocky could have tried it again as well as he did that day. I let him know that I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted even without a opinion yet. No matter the verdict Rocky and Afsoon always made me feel like its going to be ok. They had my back!!! When the judges opinion came down Afsoon and Rocky both called me! I could tell it effected them as much as it did me. I hope to never need a attorney again but I know life throws you curves balls at times and you need one. Rocky and his Firm hit my curve ball out of the park. I can't say enough about them, but will recommend Rocky and his staff to anyone needing an attorney! I consider Rocky and Afsoon my friends now.

He did what he said he was going to do- Seriously Great Lawyer!

I worked for Coca-Cola for 15 years, and all the pushing, pulling, lifting and tugging ended up getting to me causing a gradual injury to my neck and back. One day I woke up and I couldn't breathe and I was numb all over. The doctor said that my neck was so messed up that it looked like I'd been in a... car wreck. Both the doctors said that I couldn't go back to work and if I did they said It was going to have to be at limited capacity. Work comp of course went on to deny my claim. Then I contacted *****, because I knew they were in the wrong and I wasn't. ***** said don't worry we're gonna take care of you and he did. He got the records, got my surgery approved, he also took care of getting my health insurance to pay for what they were supposed to before I made my claim to work comp. I ended up getting as much money by law that I could get to help set me up and more importantly I now get my medical treatment paid for life. ***** has got the skills in the courtroom and he did the work on the back end so I didn't have to do a thing. I've got friends that are lawyers and even they said that they couldn't have got me what ***** got me because it was a gradual injury and that they are hard to prove. ***** didn't give up, he didn't let up an he really went to bat for me. He's just awesome.

This Man Did a Great Job for Me!

I was on 160 on a motorcycle and a car pulled out in front of me and I t-boned him. The insurance company was disputing liability even though I had the right away. I had broke my back, had stitches in my face, my wrist and had bad road rash- I was in bad shape. Called Rocky, he came right out to my... house and got the ball rolling. He wasn't afraid to take on the challenge and I was thankful that he made it so easy for me with all I was going through. When we went to mediation he tore the other Defendant apart- really made him look like an unprepared fool. I was really surprised how good he is at what he does, it was just like I was watching a lawyer on TV. Dena, the paralegal I dealt with was great to work with and always responsive. I was really satisfied with the outcome and I'd definitely use Rocky again. In fact, I've got all these lawyers out here in Morristown but I'd still come to Nashville if and hire Rocky. I think that says a lot.

Excellent representation

When I tore my acl on the job, I hired Rocky to represent me in my worker's compensation case.I have known Rocky over twenty years. He and his law firm did a great job with my case.I would highly recommend Rocky to anyone.
