Cool guys and great lawyers!

A distracted driver hit me. He went right through a red light looking at his phone. I was injured bad. I had to have 2 surgeries on my neck and shoulder. At the time of the wreck I was in my work vehicle so I had a work comp claim and a claim against the driver. Rocky, Steve and Paige handled everyth...ing. I didn’t have to do anything. They were constantly in contact with me. I never had any doubts they were always in my corner and fighting for my best interests. They made sure I knew what was going on for each step of my case. He and Paige went above and beyond after I accepted a settlement offer to work with my health insurance and collectors to reduce my medical bills and put more money back in my pocket. Bad Highway Rear End Collision- Hired Rocky! Loved Rocky!

The work Rocky McElhaney, Justin Hight and my paralegals put into my case has changed my life. I was with a different lawyer first and was unhappy with his efforts. Calling this firm was the best decision I've ever made. He and his whole team are just remarkable people who went out of their way to ma...ke sure my husband and I didn't get run over by the insurance company (pun intended). I'm very thankful for all the extra time and work they put in after a settlement was reached on my case. They negotiated with my medical bill providers to put more money back in my pocket. It's something they don't have to do, but they do it because it's the right thing to do. I know for sure that not all lawyers practice this way. Every dollar counts, you know. The really did "fight" for me. I'm very lucky I had them in my corner and not some other lawyer. I still have a long road to recovery ahead but I'm thankful to be alive and thankful for my new friends at Rocky's office that have given me some piece of mind for the future.

Outstanding job on my case

Rocky and the whole team at RML we’re always accommodating, down to earth. I spent months talking to the insurance company who made me almost feel like I was crazy and then when I called Rocky, he not only understood what I was talking about but showed me how the insurance company was trying to twist... the story to devalue my case. I don’t have health insurance so it was hard for me to get the treatment I needed but the firm help me find options that made sense so I could physically get to feeling better. While that was going on they were bringing the heat on the insurance company for trying to sweep my case under the rug. It was really validating to be taken seriously. The end result of my case was way more than I could’ve ever expected on my own or without another lawyer. Rocky’s firm did a lot of extra stuff that helped give me more money back (things that other firms don’t necessarily do- but should).

Auto accident while on the job

I was involved in a MVA while on the job and I tried to settle the claim without seeking an attorney's advice. The opposing insurance offered me very little for the amount of injury and continued difficulties I have. I was so insulted and my feelings were so hurt that the insurance company did not va...lue me or my health that I started crying. I called my husband who told me to call Rocky. I called Rocky and he assured me that he would work hard for me. He told me that I should also seek compensation from workers compensation. He was able to obtain a settlement from worker's compensation and the opposing car insurance company. He and his office staff made me feel that they had my best interests at heart. He kept me informed throughout the process and we were able to settle during mediation. I wish that I was not involved in a car accident and it was not a fun experience but I am so glad that I chose Rocky and his law firm to represent me. I would highly recommend his firm for anyone struggling with a personal injury.

Wonderful experience with his firm

My mother and I were reluctant to hire an attorney for our accident. We had seen all of the advertisements on television for various attorneys and that just didn’t seem like us. Once we determined that we needed to hire an attorney to represent us, we chose the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm based on t...he references we read. From the very start, Rocky and his team were very professional. They didn’t make big promises, but kept us informed of what they would try to accomplish for us. Rocky told us early on that our case might take a while. It ended up taking almost two years to settle. During that time, Rocky and Gina (the paralegal handling our case) were extremely communicative with us. We never wondered what was going on or where we were in the process.
