Rocky was there when nobody else was!

I was involved in a wreck just over a year ago. I had been in some fender benders in the past but this one scared me. I didn't start having whiplash symptoms until a little while after. I called Rocky. James and Tammy and everyone at the office was so kind. They immediately took the burden of de...aling with the insurance companies off my shoulders. They were very easy to work with caring, kind, and informative. I was really satisfied with this firm and my result. This is not the first experience I've had dealing with a lawyer. Compared to my other experiences I really think these guys are on it. I feel really good about what they did for me.

Helped my family during a difficult time

After calling several local law firms and being turned down, Rocky personally met with me. He took the time to hear my story when those other lawyers wouldn't give me the time of day. Rocky's charisma won me over. We had a seemingly difficult auto wreck case involving serious injuries but he took t...he case without any qualms. I felt very comfortable leaving things in his hands. He handled my family's case quickly and got us the highest possible recovery we could have received from this matter. Everyone at the office was kind, helpful, and personable. I felt like I was treated dignity and respect. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He and his team will always be my number one choice.

I couldn't think of a better attorney to have other than my friend and lawyer Rocky McElhaney.

Rocky hasn't been only a lawyer to me. He's also been my friend. I've known Rocky for almost 19 years. How I found Rocky was when I was injured at work. I had fell 14 feet into a crevice under a building. I was injured pretty bad and need somebody's help with my insurance and so on. It was a re...ally bad time in my life. He came to my house to meet with me and to look and see exactly what had happened. I felt like I was in good hands going through something I'd never dealt with before. Somehow he was able to get my case settled within four months. I couldn't think of a better attorney to have other than my friend and lawyer Rocky McElhaney.

Love Rocky and his team!

I am a road musician, master session singer, and recording artist. I have charted 7 times.... a car wreck brought this all to a halt. I was hurt, with torn muscles in my hands, my back had a disc injury, I had whiplash, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I had memory loss from being hit in the head... by my rear view mirror....and my legs and feet were constantly in pain. (No more high heels on stage). My fiancee paid my bills long distance, for me, so I could survive, as I couldn't accept out of town bookings...though I did some in town, without having to drive far.God Bless him.... Then there is my lawyer, who protected me, and advised me, when I needed an advocate. His name is Rocky McElhaney; and I would've been lost without him....First of all, my friend Stan Hedges' widow, Sandy, recommended him to me...and I can't thank her enough. The physical pain, compounded by the vulnerability was tough to bear.He took my case, and stopped the harassing calls from the hospital.... and advised me to keep a journal, recording my daily emotions and events, which I did. I found it therapeutic, but I also was recording systematic events regarding my case, thus making it and me stronger.I needed to be stronger. My part time job as a waitress was kept only due to a very kind and sympathetic boss, who allowed me to carry two plated at once instead of four, and still does...understanding that my memory has been harmed, and I now bring food to the wrong tables, after working there 23 years....he is a patient man, and treats us like family.You see a mirror hit me in the temple very hard during this car crash. I , after being diagnosed by two Neurologists,they both said I had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and shock. I believe it. I couldn't remember where I was going while driving sometimes. Who came to my rescue??? Rocky McElhaney, Believe me, he had bigger fish to fry, and he took me personally. Having someone like him represent you will change your life...he won my case. I will always feel pain physically, and feel robbed of my very precious time here on Earth; because of the carelessness of the other driver, but at least someone cared, and stood by me; and never dropped me, and made sure I sought the right physical therapy, and medical care. Yes. We won. The end.

Rocky and Dena are my Lifesaver

I'm going to say right now, my story is not going to be like everybody else on here but God gives us all different struggles and I hope this helps somebody. This firm has helped me through one of the darkest times of my life. On January 3, 2012, I got the call that I had been fired after enduri...ng a horrible neck injury from getting hurt at work a year prior. Bills were behind, my car was broke down and I so did I. They cut my insurance off, they cut my comp check off. Everything stopped in one day. I had to leave my apartment. I had no where to live. They called me and told me they were sending me to pain management and that there was nothing else they could do for my injury. Three years went by, I kept telling the pain management doctor that I knew it was not muscle pain. Every visit, I would tell the doctor that could hardly move, that it felt like lighting was striking across my body. I couldn't move my fingers. Finally, they sent me for a test and told me that my work injury had worsened. The disk had moved and was sitting right on top of the nerve. They told me the ONLY way they could treat it was with steroid shots and pills they wouldn't do surgery- which is what I really needed to correct the issues. I couldn't do anything I loved anymore. I couldn't be with my grandkids. I couldn't play music. I couldn't leave the house without taking a pill. I was so depressed and ashamed. I've never been addicted to anything. I felt like nothing. I did things I'm not proud of but I couldn't handle the pain. Work comp didn't care, they sent me a letter to tell me that they would no longer provide me with care because I ended up abusing the pills that they got me hooked on. I didn't want to be me no more. I didn't want to be here anymore. I couldn't trust nobody. The only person I could call was Rocky. I told Rocky he was my last hope. They only person that could help me and Rocky told me "If you listen to me and get off these pills, I will get you through this- everything will be alright, Alex." And that's when my life changed- finally for the better. And now I know looking back that God, Rocky and my girlfriend and my good friends and very spiritual family are the only reason I that am still here today. Rocky and Dena, got me to treatment right away. They pushed for it. It wasn't easy. I didn't want to at first. But Rocky, Dena, and my doctor got me over the pills. They got me around the curve. They saved my life from a place I never thought it could go. Rocky fought for me. We never went to court, but Rocky just went to work. The adjuster was a nightmare and he spared me from that. He fault hard to secure me a great settlement. After living on $75 a week for four years it was an unbelievable feeling to be able to provide for my family, to buy my kids and grandkids Christmas presents, to be able to laugh and enjoy people. I have a new car that I'm proud of and so thankful for. I still live in unbearable pain everyday but I'd rather lay in my bed all day then destroy my life with another pill. I'm living drug free and that I've won my life back. Getting injured at work and dealing with work comp and their doctors took so much from me. But Rocky Law helped me get my life back and I'm stronger for it. A pill don't fix you, it makes you worser. I will never let anybody else in my life tell me different. This firm represents freedom from that to me.
