Best Lawyer in Tennessee! Dedicated, Honest, and Hardworking.

We were in a pinch and wanted my daughter safe. They understood and were very quick in responding. John Agee the paralegal was very efficient. They helped us get a our little girl and very well gave her a chance at a good life. April was very considerate and motivated. They worked with us on our paym...ent. They never gave up! If you are looking for a team that will be there for you! This is it!

.I can’t put into words how Martin Sir helped me and my daughter!!

I can’t put into words how Martin Sir helped me and my daughter!! I was in a bitter custody case for two years where the mother made the news for bringing a gun to court and other estrange events occurred. Doing the process Martin Sir Law firm was patient and caring the whole time. I finally received... full custody for the safety of my daughter. I would recommend Mr. Sir to anyone his style is unique and very effective. I believe I had the most estrange case in the history of family law, and most lawyers would have been very inpatient but Mr. Sir was Compassionate ,and kept me informed at all times. I could call anytime for advice for any situation. Mr. Sir, Mr. Agee and the whole firm thanks for helping me and my daughter!!!!!!!!!!!

John Agee, Managing Paralegal, The Law Office of Martin Sir & Associates

I first contacted the law office of Martin Sir & Associates in September 2010 when I was considering a divorce. I found them during an internet search for divorce lawyers. It was a random choice that I selected this firm. Unsure of what I would find, I made the call. The first person I spoke to w...as John Agee, Managing Paralegal. From the very first word spoken, he made me feel that I made the right decision by calling Martin Sir & Associates. He was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. John took the time to answer all of my questions completely and thoroughly. I feel he sincerely cared about me. When I hung up the phone, I knew this was the firm to handle my divorce if that's the route I decided to take. A few months passed while I tried to make my marriage work. I even called John to say that I was reconsidering the divorce. He did not try to talk me into going ahead with the divorce and wished me well. In January 2011, it became apparent that my marriage was really not going to work so I called John again. He was just as polite and compassionate as the first time we spoke. From that moment, John took control of the situation. I always knew exactly what was going to happen and what was expected of me. Because of my penchant for "worrying", I would contact John about things that were probably silly or trivial, but he never made me feel that way. The compassion was always there. Even though this was an uncontested divorce, there were critical times that this bordered on becoming a contested divorce and again John knew what to do. He made sure certain documents were in place that protected me. Fortunately, things did not progress in that direction, but John was ready to do what was necessary. As the divorce date became closer, John made it a point of keeping me informed of things that would happen and why they were happening. When it came time to appear in court, I feel I was as prepared as I could be for something like this. It all went smoothly. In retrospect, I am happy that I made the call to Martin Sir & Associates and put my faith and trust in them and John Agee.

True friends in a time of need !

Hiring Martin Sir and his excellent team was literally one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. In fact, if I had not retained his services, my life would be in total shambles. From day one, Martin Sir and his staff took the most troubling time in my life and turned it completely around.... They took the burden of a horrible mistake I made and lifted the weight from my shoulders, which allowed me to focus on other aspects of my life. He and his staff literally kept me up to date every day with the status of my case. They were all very understanding, compassionate, and non judgmental. When the day of my court hearing came around, it was a total shutout ! The competition didn't stand a chance. I left the court with my life back 100 %. If you want an attorney, who is truly honest, hard working, full of integrity, and very obviously puts his clients first, you need to look no further. Truly a Blessing to have Represent YOUR FAMILY

I came to Martin Sir after needing a lawyer to represent me in a modification to a pre-existing parental plan. As a mother of 3 children, I wanted to find a lawyer that like me would have my childrens best interest in not only mind but also heart. I had meet with a few other lawyers before finding ...Martin Sir online. When I came upon his website at www.martinsirlaw.com I read "You need a compassionate, aggressive, intelligent and knowledgeable divorce attorney working for you, one who will protect your rights and establish fair and equitable child and spousal monetary support. Please call the Law Firm of Martin Sir & Associates at 615-256-5661; we will fight for your rights." that made me make the decision to contact his office. I phoned the office in which from the very first phone call, I knew in my heart this was the lawyer for me. After setting up an appointment to meet to discuss my case, I knew that I choose the best lawyer. Not only was that statement correct, but Martin along with his staff was excellent in trustworthy, they did not hide any possible outcome, they told me their professional opinion both postitive and negative to prepare me for everything. Nothing was ever hidden. They quickly responded to every email, every phone call and every question and when in doubt provided clarification to my questions. Martin and his staff is very knowledgeable of every point in my case, and when came upon something that they needed more information, they truly put forth the effort the find and research every need I had. Going into a court room, fighting for your childs best interest, was not only stressful to the parent but also the child but with Martin I was able to walk into the court room with much ease due to having Martin representing me and my children.
