Excellent lawyer ! ! ! ! !

Martin represented me during my divorce and was absolutely amazing. He is highly skilled, familiar with all legal family law aspects and very responsive, so you get answers almost immediately when directly contacting him or his office. Martin is very strategic, seems like a master chef when rational...ly analyzing any situation with all his knowledge and experience. He cares and brings emotions to a level where one could reach an agreement without any extensive costs at court for extensive dispute/ trials. He is focused on the outcome and doesn’t play around. In addition and in my situation where I was for most of the time overseas and couldn’t attend several hearings, he represented my interests excellent and kept me always well informed while explaining every step patiently but still with strong focus on the outcome. It is also astonishing how detailed oriented he works and keeps even small details in mind. He is very efficient, works toward a resolution and thus costs are kept reasonably down. I was “attorney shopping” before I decided to employ Martin as my counsel/ divorce lawyer. I never went through a divorce and in my opinion, if you take the wrong attorney, you will pay much more on the long run. My experience was great and I highly recommend Martin.

Compassion

To sum my experience up in one word: Compassion. Compassion is what I have felt from the team at Martin Sir during this very messy and exhaustingly nasty divorce. They fought and won for the injustice that was thrown my way and handled every obstacle with professionalism and with my best intere...st in mind. Thank you so much everyone. When I had no one to turn to and didn’t know what to do, you all took my case and its obstacles and above all things, showed compassion. I’m forever grateful.

Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend this office to anyone going through a divorce. Peggy represented me very well in a difficult divorce case that ended up going to trial. She did an excellent job and the results were better than I could have dared hope for. She is a superb lawyer and I had complete confidence ...in her abilities to do what was best for my case. John Agee, the managing paralegal, is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the legal system. More importantly though, he is an amazing person who takes time to explain each step of the process and calm frazzled nerves and intense emotions. When I would call (which was frequent) he knew what the answers to my questions were and was able to help me relax. Phone calls and emails are almost always answered within 24 hours and any paperwork that comes in or goes out is scanned and emailed to the client that day. I really appreciated feeling like my lawyer was on top of things, truly cared about me as a person, and was capable of achieving the best outcome possible. Going through a divorce is the most difficult thing I've ever done, but having Peggy and John by my side the whole time made it much, much easier.

The best!

When I started searching for divorce attorneys I came across several attorneys with flashy ads also specializing in dozens of other law types. I contacted Martin Sir based on his online reviews and dedication to family law. The next day I met with his paralegal John and he clearly explained what I wa...s to expect throughout this process. I had a minor child involved and they eased my mind on the stresses and worries of a divorce. This office consists of top notch individuals, John was always available to answer any questions or concerns, as well as Lindsey when he was tied up on other cases. The day I went to court there were several cases on the docket before mine and the judge praised Martin for his organization and presentation of the materials in my case. I greatly appreciate all that they have done for me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through a divorce.

Have a possible divorce looming. Worried sick about things on top of emotional overload. In this situation have a cool head on the other end that can truly read your situation and gives good advice can really calm you down right away. I like them and i WILL only go to them if this moves forward.
