MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED, THANK YOU!!!!!

First of all, my last attorney was a mess and there were misleading information and trust factors that brought me to AVVO to find another attorney. When I read the reviews on Martin Stephen Sir I knew I need to call this office immediately and behold I was placed with Peggy Smith. Peggy is an outsta...nding attorney and she has compassion and patience. What Peggy worked with me on were back payments of child support and alimony. Peggy presenting the evidences as what was shown and worked through what the other party brought in and she and the courts found no evidences why payments should not have been behind. Also, the other party asked for child support to be lower and the judge found this to be null and void as well. I know Peggy could have dig deeper on other matters, but it was no need to and the judge made the final decision in my favor. Ms. Ashton was a big help as well when it came to getting documents done in a timely manner. If you are looking for trust and honesty then call Peggy because she loves her job and she will get it done with integrity. Just to add, I was very skeptical because of a shady attorney I had before her but she made me feel very comfortable. FYI, I probably will be needing there services again soon:):)!

Excellent and managed my case based upon my personal beliefs

Martin Sir and John Agee worked with me during this tough period of time to ensure that I was doing everything possible on my side to attempt to save my marriage. I did not agree with with what my wife was doing and her actions did not line up with our shared faith. Throughout the case, Martin a...nd John took the time to understand my hurt, my pain and help walk me through the process. Most importantly, they took the time to understand my faith and considered my desire to honor my wife despite what she was doing. Together they are a bright light in a very sad and dark world of divorce.

Martin Sir and Associates

I hired Martin Sir and Associates a little over a year ago to help with my divorce. My husband and I had just separated and were in a painful battle over custody of our children. I worked with John Agee and he was wonderful. He was there to answer any questions I had no matter how small, and made ...me feel completely at ease during a very chaotic and unstable period in my life. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me from a legal perspective that let me know exactly where I stood in the process. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions almost immediately as I emailed or called him, even after office hours. I would recommend Martin Sir and Associates to anyone who needs any type of legal advice or proceedings. John and the staff go above and beyond to make sure the client feels comfortable. They are honest and helpful and I will use them for any future legal needs.

Above and beyond my expectations.

Martin Sir, John Agee, and everyone I dealt with at the firm were always helpful and knowledgeable. More importantly though, they were also passionate about my case. I never felt like just 'another client' in their office. I did not want to file for divorce, but I knew it had to be done. Mart...in and his team guided me through the entire process with great compassion. If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely hire Martin Sir again.

Informative, Accessible, Kind

Going through a divorce was the scariest and hardest challenge I have yet had to face and I did it with two little children. I called multiple different attorney's when trying to find someone who I felt could listen well, be non judgmental, knowledgeable, easy to understand, easy to contact, and pri...ced competitively. This entire office greatly exceeded my expectations. I felt understood, comfortable, and confident through the entire process. Not only would I use them in a heart beat if I ever needed, but I would highly, highly recommend them.
